Guatemala 2025 is on! We are planning to return to Guatemala April 26-May 3, 2025. The Rotary Club of Edina invites you to join the 2025 International Service trip to Coban, Guatemala. The purpose of the trip is to deliver 654 life-saving water purifiers to remote villages in the mountains surrounding Coban, in partnership with Resurrection Priory Monastery, St Patrick’s Church of Edina, and the Rotary Club of Coban. Sat 4/26/25: Arrival in Guatemala City. Group Dinner. Lodging at Las Americas Hotel.
Sun 4/27/25: Breakfast at Hotel. Guatemala City Social Justice Tour. Drive to Resurrection Priory Monastery in Coban. Dinner and Lodging at Monastery.
Mon 4/28/25: Drive to Villages. Meals and Lodging at Monastery.
Tue 4/29/25: Drive to Villages. Group Excursion with Lunch. Other Meals and Lodging at Monastery.
Wed 4/30/25: Drive to Villages. Meals and Lodging at Monastery.
Thu 5/1/25: Drive to Antigua. Lunch and dinner. Lodging at Posada Don Rodrigo.
Fri 5/2/25: Breakfast at Don Rodrigo. Drive to Escuintla Hospital. Lunch at Hospital. Group Dinner in Antigua. Lodging at Posada Don Rodrigo.
Sat 5/3/25: Breakfast at Don Rodrigo. Transfers from Hotel to Airport.
The 7-day trip fee (meals, lodging, tours, and transportation) is $925/person for double occupancy, and $1,225/person for single occupancy. Airfare is separate and will be paid for/booked by each person (approx. $700 round trip).
The 2025 Guatemala Service Trip is for a maximum of 30 people, and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
