DESCRIPTION:You are registering for the In-Person meeting being held at the
  Edina Country Club on September 10.  Pam Hulstrand was the Outreach Coor
 dinator for the last 5 years for the nonprofit organization\, Bellis. As a
  mother through the gift of open adoption to two young adult daughters\, P
 am is passionate about busting myths\, stereotypes and stigmas about adopt
 ion. She will be sharing about the unique vision and mission of Bellis alo
 ng with her own personal adoption story. Edina Country Club Guidelines We 
 have the entire ballroom reserved. 4 people per table. Limited to a total 
 of 96 people. Please be mindful of the 6-foot safety distance during the e
 ntire visit. Masks must be worn. To slow the spread of COVID-19\, Mayor J
 im Hovland has signed an Executive Order requiring people to wear face mas
 ks inside public spaces in Edina. The exception is facial coverings may be
  removed while people are eating and drinking. They should be put back on 
 when leaving the table for any reason. ECC service staff will wear masks a
 nd gloves full-time. Paul Mooty has donated masks. If you do not bring a 
 mask\, we will have one for you.  We will also have plenty of hand saniti
 zers. Check-in and Meeting Attendance Guidelines Upon arrival to the Edina
  Country Club\, proceed to the greeters and our registration desk.  Name 
 tags will not be out for sanitation reasons. There will be no pre-meeting 
 gathering.  Give your name to the registration staff and then proceed to 
 a table.  Please stay at your table to wait for the meeting to start. Mov
 ing around to other tables will not be allowed.  If you are senior active
 \, pre-register like everyone else. At the end of the quarter you will be
  billed for all the meetings you attend. We will not be collecting checks
  or cash.
