 24 Featured Speaker: Colonel James Wall Colonel James W. Wall is currently
  the Vice Commander\, 934th Airlift Wing located at Minneapolis-St. Paul I
 nternational Airport Air Reserve Station Minn. The Wing is comprised of ne
 arly 1\,500 Airmen across three groups and 12 squadrons and operates eight
  C-130H aircraft. Prior to this assignment\, Colonel Wall was the Vice Com
 mander of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing\, Kuwait. Please carefully revi
 ew the following guidelines. Edina Country Club Guidelines We have the ent
 ire ballroom reserved. 4 people per table. Limited to a total of 96 people
 . Please be mindful of the 6-foot safety distance during the entire visit.
  Masks must be worn. To slow the spread of COVID-19\, Mayor Jim Hovland h
 as signed an Executive Order requiring people to wear face masks inside pu
 blic spaces in Edina. The exception is facial coverings may be removed whi
 le people are eating and drinking. They should be put back on when leaving
  the table for any reason. ECC service staff will wear masks and gloves fu
 ll-time. Paul Mooty has donated masks. If you do not bring a mask\, we wi
 ll have one for you.  We will also have plenty of hand sanitizers.  Check
 -in and Meeting Attendance Guidelines Upon arrival to the Edina Country Cl
 ub\, proceed to the greeters and our registration desk.  Name tags will n
 ot be out for sanitation reasons. There will be no pre-meeting gathering.
   Give your name to the registration staff and then proceed to a table. 
  Please stay at your table to wait for the meeting to start. Moving around
  to other tables will not be allowed.  If you are senior active\, pre-reg
 ister like everyone else. At the end of the quarter you will be billed fo
 r all the meetings you attend. We will not be collecting checks or cash.
