Jenkins has worked in the banking industry for more than 1 6 years\,\, including roles as vice president and district manager positio ns at Wells Fargo and US Bank in Minneapolis. Jenkins is active in the com munity and is a leader in DEI. His board service includes the Minneapolis Black Chamber of Commerce and as an Executive Board Member of the African Development Center\, which helps African immigrants and refugees overcome barriers to financial security and success\, and volunteers and supports o ther Twin Cities nonprofit organizations.
