DESCRIPTION:NICK HARPER\, ESQ.\, Civic Engagement Director\, League of Wome
 n Voters of Minnesota During the summer and fall\, Nick helps local LWVs p
 rovide voter services in collaboration with community partners. During the
  winter and spring\, he serves as the staff lead for state advocacy. His p
 olicy interests cover all aspects of political activity and civic engageme
 nt\, including legislative process\, money in politics\, voting rights\, r
 edistricting\, and other election law. He holds a B.A. in political scienc
 e from Gustavus Adolphus College and a J.D. with public service honors fro
 m the University of Iowa College of Law. He is also a licensed attorney in
  Minnesota. In his spare time\, Nick watches too much Netflix and eats too
  much cheese. This is for registration of the LIVE (in-person) meeting at 
 Edina Country Cub. Please carefully review the following guidelines. Edina
  Country Club Guidelines We have the entire ballroom reserved. 4 people pe
 r table. Limited to a total of 96 people. Please be mindful of the 6-foot 
 safety distance during the entire visit. Masks must be worn. To slow the 
 spread of COVID-19\, Mayor Jim Hovland has signed an Executive Order requi
 ring people to wear face masks inside public spaces in Edina. The exceptio
 n is facial coverings may be removed while people are eating and drinking.
  They should be put back on when leaving the table for any reason. ECC ser
 vice staff will wear masks and gloves full-time. Paul Mooty has donated ma
 sks. If you do not bring a mask\, we will have one for you.  We will als
 o have plenty of hand sanitizers.  Check-in and Meeting Attendance Guideli
 nes Upon arrival to the Edina Country Club\, proceed to the greeters and o
 ur registration desk.  Name tags will not be out for sanitation reasons. 
 There will be no pre-meeting gathering.  Give your name to the registrati
 on staff and then proceed to a table.  Please stay at your table to wait 
 for the meeting to start. Moving around to other tables will not be allowe
 d.  If you are senior active\, pre-register like everyone else. At the e
 nd of the quarter you will be billed for all the meetings you attend. We 
 will not be collecting checks or cash.
