DESCRIPTION:This is for registration of the LIVE (in-person) meeting at Edi
 na Country Cub. Mark Ritchie is president of Global Minnesota\, a nonprofi
 t\, nonpartisan organization devoted to advancing international understand
 ing and engagement. A graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs an
 d Iowa State University\, he served as Minnesota’s Secretary of State fr
 om 2007 to 2015. Since leaving elected public service\, Mark has led the p
 ublic-private partnership working to bring the 2027 World Expo to Minnesot
 a and he has served on the board of directors for LifeSource\, Communicati
 ng for America\, U.S. Vote Foundation\, and Expo USA. Mark also is a natio
 nal advisory board member of the federal Election Assistance Commission an
 d Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Minnesota. Mark is the appointed Ci
 vilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army\, representing Minnesota Please c

  have the entire ballroom reserved. 4 people per table. Limited to a total
  of 96 people. Please be mindful of the 6-foot safety distance during the 
 entire visit. Masks must be worn. To slow the spread of COVID-19\, Mayor 
 Jim Hovland has signed an Executive Order requiring people to wear face ma
 sks inside public spaces in Edina. The exception is facial coverings may b
 e removed while people are eating and drinking. They should be put back on
  when leaving the table for any reason. ECC service staff will wear masks 
 and gloves full-time. Paul Mooty has donated masks. If you do not bring a
  mask\, we will have one for you.  We will also have plenty of hand sanit
 izers.  Check-in and Meeting Attendance Guidelines Upon arrival to the Edi
 na Country Club\, proceed to the greeters and our registration desk.  Nam
 e tags will not be out for sanitation reasons. There will be no pre-meetin
 g gathering.  Give your name to the registration staff and then proceed t
 o a table.  Please stay at your table to wait for the meeting to start. M
 oving around to other tables will not be allowed.  If you are senior acti
 ve\, pre-register like everyone else. At the end of the quarter you will 
 be billed for all the meetings you attend. We will not be collecting chec
 ks or cash.
