DESCRIPTION:The annual Area 3 Rotary Veterans Luncheon is set for Monday\, 
 Nov. 11\, at Edina Country Club. Doors open and registration begins at 11
  a.m. with live music and the luncheon beginning at 11:15 and concluding a
 t 1:15 p.m. Edina Rotary members and their guest(s) need to sign up before
  Monday\, November 4th.  Our club is one of eight southwest metro Rotary c
 lubs\, Rotary Club of Minnesota Veterans\, Bloomington\, Eden Prairie AM\
 , Eden Prairie Noon\, Edina-Morningside\, Richfield and South Minneapolis 
 Metro\, in District 5950 who is sponsoring this special Veterans Day Lunch
 eon to honor those who have served our country. Cost for Area 3 club memb
 ers and their guests will be $26 per person and the deadline for sign up t
 hrough their home club is Friday\, November 1st. .   Gen. Denny Schulstad
 \, U.S. Air Force (retired)\, will be the emcee at the event. Schulstad is
  a former long-time member of our club. The featured speaker at the lunche
 on is Congressman and Gold Star Son\, Dean Phillips. Each Edina Rotarian m
 ay invite one veteran as a guest of our club. Senior Active and Honorary R
 otarians who are veterans may attend free of charge. Registration deadlin
 e for Edina Noon members and their guest is Monday\, Nov. 4. Additional gu
 est payment can be made at the door or charged on members' next quarterly 
 invoice. The Veterans Luncheon will take the place of our club's regular 
 meeting that week\, so there is no additional charge for Rotary Club of Ed
 ina members to attend. Senior Active or Honorary members who are not veter
 ans will be charged $20.  There is no Rotary Club of Edina meeting on Thur
 sday\, Nov. 14\, at the Edina Country Club. All members are encouraged to
  attend the Veterans Luncheon.
