Guy oversees research and advocacy for business-to-business payment efficiency improvements and standards, and supporting payment security and emerging payments standards. Guy also supports the Federal Reserve System’s Strategies for Improving the U.S. Payment System.

Before joining the Bank, Guy headed product development for ChexSystems’ account, was group product manager for electronic banking at Deluxe Corp., managed a software company that supported EMV migration globally, was president of Collis Americas, and managed EMV consulting at MasterCard.

He received his B.S. in business from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and completed the Carlson School’s executive development program.
