Let's be of service, Rotarians! It is time for the Rotary Club of Edina's bi-annual visit to Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen. It's time for the Spring Fireside Chats! We have four events scheduled for Rotarians to attend May 21 through May 24. All Fireside Chats begin at 7 p.m.
The first gathering is Tuesday, May 21 at the home of Joe Hayes, 5560 Shore Road, Shorewood. Register here.
Held each spring and fall, the Fireside Chats are very informal social exchanges for members to enjoy and learn about Rotary and to get to know one another. The hosts are asked only to encourage discussion and a good time for all. It is a chance to meet our new members or reconnect with old friends!
The other gatherings are:
Wednesday, May 22—home of Tim Murphy, 9110 225th St W, Lakeville. Register here. Thursday, May 23—home of Gordy Lewis, 6824 Chapel Lane, Edina. Register here. Friday, May 24—home of Paul Mooty, 5320 Kelsey Terrace, Edina. Register here.
Members are encouraged to come to all the Fireside Chats, or pick the one that best works with their schedule. We encourage everyone to register to allow the hosts to plan for the event.
New members—you are especially encouraged to attend one or all of the Fireside Chats! It is a great way to get to know your fellow Rotarians in a casual atmosphere. Let us know if you have questions.

Neither rain nor snow nor gloom of night nor, even the 2nd annual April blizzard could keep the Edina Rotary from meeting. Gordy Lewis did the guest introductions. The Edina Country Club will be serving an April 25 lunch menu of Meatloaf or Strawberry Almond Chicken Salad. Our lunch and meeting time is scheduled from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
