Members Approved Club-By Law Revisions Apr. 24
Yay! Quorum was met and the 2025 Club By-Law revisions and additions were passed.

Article 12 of the bylaws was updated to allow a President-Elect to bring a guest other than a spouse to the Rotary International Convention. The club will pay up to $5,000 in expenses as in the past.

The bylaws were also updated to include a new Member Type under Article 13, Corporate Member. Under the definition, “A minimum of two and maximum of up to four people from a corporation or business can join under one account. The corporation will pay an initiation fee for each member, all quarterly membership dues and the cost of weekly meals.” Corporate members are not eligible for leaves of absences.

Typographical and grammatical errors were also corrected during the update.

President Paul Peterson will ask for approval from the membership at a meeting in April. For more information sign-in to your Rotary club profile, DOWNLOAD the revised bylaws.
