Cardiologist Rebecca Cogswell to speak at Feb. 27 Rotary Club of Edina meeting
Join us for our meeting Thursday, Feb. 27, where the program speaker will be Dr. Rebecca Cogswell, a heart failure cardiologist with the University of Minnesota. She will speak about "The Prevention and Treatment of Heart Failure."
The Rotary Club of Edina will welcome Dr. Rebecca Cogswell as program speaker at the Club's Feb. 27 meeting. Cogswell, a heart failure cardiologist, will speak about "The Prevention and Treatment of Heart Failure."
Cogswell graduated from Dartmouth Medical School and went on to complete internal medicine training at University of California, San Francisco. She then completed chief residency, cardiology fellowship, and a one-year intensive clinical research program. She came to the Twin Cities for Advanced Heart Failure Training at the University of Minnesota and was hired on as faculty.
Her husband is a Minnesota native and they have two small boys and a large extended family here in the Twin Cities.
The meeting begins at 12:15 p.m. at the Edina Country Club.
