Dr. Angela Wandera to speak about The Rotary Foundation at May 15 meeting
Dr. Angela Wandera will speak to the Rotary Club of Edina at their meeting Thursday, May 15. She will speak about "The Foundation: Witnessing Service in Action." Wandera is a pediatric orthodontist in Eden Prairie. Through her membership in the Rotary Club of Eden Prairie AM, she has witnessed international service through Rotary District 5950 with The Rotary Foundation.
The meeting is from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at the Edina Country Club. Lunch is $18. All are welcome.
The Rotary Club of Edina will welcome Dr. Angela Wandera as its program speaker Thursday, May 15. The meeting is focused on The Rotary Foundation, and she will speak about "The Foundation: Witnessing Service in Action."
Wandera, originally from Nairobi, Kenya, came to Minnesota 24 years ago for graduate studies in Pediatric Dentistry. After her sojourn through Kansas City, Missouri, and Ann Arbor, Michigan,she returned to the Twin Cities in 2000, for her orthodontic residency and subsequently started her practice in Eden Prairie, where she also lives. She joined the Rotary Club of Eden Prairie AM in 2005 and has been fortunate to witness The Rotary Foundation in action through District 5950's involvement in international service.
