Edina Rotary bell ringers raise over $6,000 for the Salvation Army

The Rotary Club of Edina helped raise more than $6,000 for the Salvation Army Kettle by bell ringing at the Byerly’s on France Ave- nue during the week of Dec. 17. Friday, Dec. 21 was “Ring for Ramberg Day” and Rotarians were able to raise almost $4,000 in contri- butions on that day in honor of Dick Ramberg. In addition, an anonymous donor triple matched the contributions received during the last two days of the week. The efforts of Rotarians combined with the generosity of the anonymous donor brought the grand total for the week to almost $20,000.
