Jim Dolan to speak at Sept. 26 Rotary meeting
Join us for our Sept. 26 Rotary Club of Edina where the guest speaker will be Jim Dolan. Dolan is founder, chairman, president and CEO of The Dolan Company, based in Minneapolis. The company provides information and outsourced services to the legal profession. The Dolan Company operates nationwide, and its local media properties include Finance and Commerce, Minnesota Lawyer, Politics in Minnesota and the St. Paul Legal Ledger.
Member Michael Eckert will also give his classification talk at the meeting.
The Dolan Company is a NYSE-traded public company. Previously Jim Dolan was a partner in a media-specialty M&A firm on Wall Street, worked for Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation for 12 years, and was an award-winning reporter and editor for several metropolitan daily newspapers. He and his wife moved to Minnesota from New York in 1993 to start The Dolan Company.
