Brief Bio: Spent 27 years of active duty serving in the areas of applied physiology, pre-hospital emergency medicine, military medicine, combat casualty care and executive management. From 2000-2004 CAPT Bennett he served as a member of the Executive Steering Committee, Office of the Director, Navy Medical Service Corps. From June 2001 to April 2004, CAPT Bennett served as Commanding Officer, Field Medical Service School, Camp Pendleton, Ca. From June 2004 to June 2007, he served as the Commanding Officer, Naval School of Health Sciences, Portsmouth, VA.   Recently Dr. Bennett served as the Research Director for combat casualty care, and Senior TCCC Trauma Instructor, Deployment Medicine International. He also served as the Combat Casualty Care Research Coordinator, CIRD, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Portsmouth, VA, and now serves as a trauma and wilderness medicine consultant. Brad currently resides on the York River in Bena, Virginia, and is often found kayaking or boating on the river.
