Paul Grangaard has been President and CEO of Allen Edmonds Corporation since September 2008.
We've gone beyond the turnaround stage. 2011 was a record revenue year, up 25% from 2010 (which was
the turnaround year) and 2012 was another record year -- as we celebrated our company's
90th anniversary -- with sales up 20% from 2011. We now have 43 stores with two opening over the next
couple of months and a total of 7 on the docket for 2013. Our e-commerce business has grown six-fold
since 2009 and is still growing at a 40+% clip. Our product line has tripled in terms of offerings.
Our employee base has grown by over 200 people in Wisconsin in the past 2 years.
Prior to Allen Edmonds, Paul spent 3 years as a partner at Goldner Hawn Private
Equity, 19 years in consumer investment banking and senior leadership positions at Piper Jaffray
Incorporated, and 6 years at First Chicago Corporation in Chicago and Frankfurt, Germany.

Directors, as Chair of the Orchestra Board's Finance, Investment and Hall Redevelopment Committees,
on the Board of Family & Children's Services of Minneapolis, two elected terms on the Edina Board of
Education finishing as Chair, and on the Congregation Council and the Foundation Board at his church.
He is currently also becoming involved on a committee of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of
