Marcia Page is a founder, Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Värde Partners.  Värde is an alternative investment manager headquartered in Minneapolis, with additional offices in London and Singapore.  Marcia has been actively involved in distressed debt and event-driven investing for 25 years.  Marcia is responsible for setting global investment strategy and managing the firm along with Värde’s other managing partners.  She specializes in corporate and special situation investing and oversees the firm’s corporate investing in Europe.  Under her leadership, Värde has invested billions of dollars in publicly traded securities, and been actively involved a wide range of corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
