Join us for our Jan 31, 2013 meeting to hear Judy Rummler and Dr. Charlie Reznikoff speak about "Opioids For Pain...A Prescribing Epidemic"

Judy Rummler is President of The Steve Rummler Memorial Foundation which she and her husband Bill established to honor their son Steve who suffered with chronic pain for 15 years and who became addicted to the opioids which were prescribed to him for his pain.  He died in July 2011 from an accidental drug overdose.

Dr. Charlie Reznikoff earned his medical degree in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He completed his Internal Medicine residency, followed by a chief residency, at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.  Dr. Reznikoff then completed an Addiction Medicine fellowship at the University of Minnesota in 2007.  He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School and an award-winning teacher of medical students and residents.
