Mike Hansberry Program Manager 3M IBG Research and Development.  Mike has been with 3M Company for nearly 18 years. Currently, he is a R&D Program Manager in the Industrial Business Group. Each day Mike works with customers to solve significant problems by applying innovative techniques an 3M core technology platforms.
