Diann's program "Rotary 101" will unravel the mystery behind how Rotary is organized on the local, district, regional and international level. She will discuss the current state of Rotary, current statistics about Rotary International, and give us a preview of the major branding initiatives Rotary International is planning.
District Governor nominee Diann Kirby will serve as a District 5950 Governor in 2013-2014. She joined Rotary in August 1999, and is a member of the Bloomington Noon Club.
Diann is the Community Services Director for the City of Bloomington. She is married to Newton, and their son, Newton, just finished his first year of college in Florida.
