Before starting Hilo Talent Partners, Nikki served as Chief People & Operations Officer for a hyper-growth, PE-backed start-up focused on intelligent automation professional services. Mrs. Ahlgren was responsible for global talent acquisition, leadership development, DE&I, workforce planning & operations, organizational design, culture development, employee education & professional development, compensation, benefits, HR technology & processes, and employee relations. She built and matured the functions and fostered the company culture to support its business growth and strategies as well as the needs and aspirations of its employees across the globe.
She holds an MBA from Bethel University and a BA from the University of Minnesota.
