The Rotary Club of Edina hosted the Leadership Ethics Seminar, also known as "Do the Right Thing," for Edina High school students on Monday, Nov. 17. Sixty-four EHS students and 29 Rotarians and volunteers participated in an all-day seminar on leadership ethics. The event, co-chaired this fall by Jerry Potter and Joe Hayes, was held for the third time, moving from the spring to the fall for the 2014-2015 school year.
 

In conjunction with Edina High School 212 Leadership and the Rotary Club of Edina, the third seminar on leadership ethics, called "Do the Right Thing," was held Monday, Nov. 17, at the Church of St. Patrick in Edina. The purpose of the seminar was to discuss and assist the EHS students on the study of ethics of why we believe the acts of right or wrong and exhibiting ethical and moral conduct at all times can lead to fulfilling life.

Sixty-four EHS students and 29 Rotarians and volunteers participated.The format was 10 tables of six students and two table leaders. Thom Winninger, Bob Solheim and Tom Hayes where speakers and also presented ethical case study's for the tables to discuss and present to the group. John Flynn and Mitch Robinson held a student panel discussion of three ethical case study's which developed into an insightful room discussion on each case.
