Join the Rotary Club of Edina for their Thursday, May 22, meeting where the program speaker will be former Minnesota Twin Roy Smalley. Smalley is a former member of the Edina Rotary, and is currently president of the board of directors for the Pitch in for Baseball program. He will speak about this important program. 

The meeting starts at 12:15 p.m. at the Edina Country Club. Lunch is $18 and all are welcome.

The Rotary Club of Edina will welcome Roy Smalley as the program speaker at the Thursday, May 22, meeting. Smalley is a former player for the Minnesota Twins, who had a 13-year career in Major League Baseball with the Twins and New York Yankees. He was starting shortstop in the 1979 All-Star Game and a member of the 1987 World Champion Minnesota Twins. He holds the Twins single-season and career records for most homeruns and RBIs by a shortstop. He is now a baseball analyst at Fox Sports.

Currently, Smalley is a financial advisor/portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley. He is also president of the board of directors for Pitch in for Baseball. Smalley will talk about this valuable program during his presentation.
