Wooj Byun received Service Above Self Award at Rotary District Conference
The Rotary Club of Edina is proud to announce that member Wooj Byun, a past president of the Club, received a Service Above Self Award at the District 5950 Conference on May 2. Wooj has made it his mission to honor Americans who served in the Korean War.

Wooj received one of Rotary District 5950's Service Above Self Award at the annual conference last week.
The theme of the event was "Celebrate Lives Changed," and it was held at the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America in Bloomington. Wooj attended the awards breakfast at the event and accepted his award from District Governor Diann Kirby.
Club President Steve Slyce expressed that "Wooj has impacted many, many people with his service. He gives countless hours to many worthwhile groups, causes, and especially our Rotary Club. His sacrificial giving of his time and talents serves as a model for all of us!"
