At the Rotary Club of Edina, we believe our community is stronger when people of different backgrounds, cultures, generations, professions, and experiences come together in friendship and service.

Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Outreach Committee works to create a Rotary where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to participate. We focus on building relationships, expanding our community partnerships, learning from one another, and creating opportunities to connect through fellowship and service.

Our work extends beyond our club meetings. Through community events, cultural celebrations, collaborative service projects, and partnerships with local organizations, we strive to introduce Rotary to new communities while also learning from and serving alongside them.

For us, inclusion is something we do. It happens when we show up, listen, build friendships, invite others in, and work side by side to make our community stronger.
