The start of the 2023-2024 Rotary year is near and the full-year meeting duty roster for Rotary Club of Edina was delivered to your email on Monday, June 26. In two formats, by date or alphabetical last name, you should be able to easily find your name, date and duty. The roster will be updated from time to time to rotate in new members, resignations and other changes throughout the roster.
To more efficiently use our members time, the club went to a combined duty model giving most members only one meeting throughout the year to engage in a Rotary meeting duty. Exceptions are members serving as photographers and speaker committee members who are scheduled more often. We will continue to post the member duty responsibilities on our club website, in “The Barker” and send out reminder emails with job descriptions prior to your scheduled duties.
