Involve MN and My Very Own Bed COLLECTION  OPEN TO DEC 7 The Rotary Club of Edina has begun collections of goods for two area nonprofits, Involve MN and My Very Own Bed. Read more for specific needs for each organization. Ways for your to give and program details below.
Involve MN provides for the unsheltered and vulnerable people of the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. The Rotary Club of Edina and the Edina Country Club are collecting new and gently used coats, hats, gloves and mittens.

My Very Own Bed delivers on a promise to give children their very own bed — a place to sleep, dream, and recharge. All too often, children transitioning to permanent housing are sleeping on the floor, an air mattress or sharing a bed with their parents or a sibling. By providing new beds and Dream Kits, My Very Own Bed gives children a space of their own while supporting productive sleep to help them learn and grow. The Rotary Club of Edina is collecting new blankets, pillows, sheets for twin-size beds and pillowcases.

Donations will be collected at the Rotary Club of Edina’s through December 7 meetings or dropped off at the Edina County Club, 5100 Wooddale Ave. To make alternative arrangements, contact Rotarians Vinita Steffl, 763-248-5758 or vinitasteffl@gmail.com, or Dan Hunt, 612-910-5414 or dhunt7152@gmail.com.
