Biography
Focus: Works with local and state agencies, community partners, and private lenders and investors to develop affordable housing throughout the Midwest and Western parts of the United States. Facilitates all aspects of the development process from site selection, financial structuring, construction, and project lease-up.
Experience: Ted has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University. Prior to joining Commonwealth, he worked for another national affordable housing developer.
Impressive Facts: While attending Marquette, Ted played
Division I Lacrosse and was a part of two Big East Championship teams.
Fun Stuff: In his free time, Ted is an avid runner with the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
