Tim Mulcrone has been Rotary District 5950 Polio Chair since 2012. He is a three time Club President and 32 year Rotarian from Chanhassen. Tasked with keeping our Polio Eradication at the forefront, he has delivered speeches of every flavor. Sometimes he has appeared as a leprechaun searching for his Pot-of-Gold for Polio, or as Dracula talking of a chance meeting with Polio at the Conference for Especially Evil in Las Vegas.
