Toshie is a 1982 U of M Minneapolis campus graduate and has been a loan officer for more than 28 years with a variety of mortgage companies. She is currently employed by CMG Financial since 2019. Her areas of expertise are residential mortgage for jumbo, conventional, FHA, USDA and VA loans. She also works with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency helping her clientele understand it unique down payment assistant funds program. Toshie's main focus is in the first-time home buyer market due to the fact most of realtors she works with are Asian who understand the specific needs and buying culture of their clients.
