Hard to believe it’s “that” time of year again. A little chill in the air and school turns our thoughts to fall, and suddenly costumes are back on racks at Target and CostCo. Halloween!Last year was our 2nd time participating in this City of Edina Parks Department HalloBoo event which moved from a park to indoors due to storms. All of us truly had a ball handing out candy and interacting “character to character” with 500 kids and their parents.
