The annual Thanksgiving Baskets Assembly will be next Wednesday, Nov. 22, at the Edina Country Club. Our club will partner with Edina Morningside Rotary Club again this year to assemble and deliver 75 Thanksgiving baskets to those less fortunate. We will gather at 11:45 a.m. for lunch, and then will begin assembling the Thanksgiving baskets for area families in need after that. Volunteers are needed for the basket assembly, as well as deliveries after the event. We are asking members to donate canned goods—corn, peas, fruit cocktail and sweet potatoes—for the baskets. Please bring your donations to this week's meeting, Thursday, Nov. 16. Thank you!
Bring friends and family to join in lunch, assembly of baskets and delivery. Please register here if you plan to attend, and make sure to register all guests. The last day to register is this Friday, Nov. 17! Cost for lunch is $20 for Senior Active, Honorary and adult guests. Children cost $12.
