Jess Pierce has dedicated her career to being an advocate on behalf of youth. When she is not on the frontline, advocating and assisting young people, she is drumming.Jess believes that it is important for young people to feel heard and empowered. Jess acquired her education at McNally Smith College of Music. She has held various positions working with youth and families in crisis. Jess is currently the Youth Housing Program Manager at Simpson Housing Services, working with youth and families who are exiting homelessness and entering supportive housing.
