The 2020 Edina High School Interact club's Skate to End Polio held on Feb. 14 raised $1,682 making it one of the highest fundraising events ever. This money will be donated to Rotary International's End Polio drive. Interact clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of Service Above Self. Find out how serious leadership can be seriously fun. These clubs organize at least two projects every year, one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding. The Rotary Club of Edina and Edina Morningside Rotary Club co- sponsor, mentor and guide Interactors as they carry out projects and develop leadership skills. The Edina High School Interact club worked with the animal humane society and created pet toys for their local project.
