Scott Neal, Edina City Manager and Perry Vetter, Edina Parks and Rec Director will speak to our club on the subject a local tax referendum and how it impacts the development plans for the Fred Richards and infrastructure improvements for Braemar park projects.As City Manager, Scott is responsible for the ongoing operations of the City, as well as City Council relations, strategic planning, policy research and implementation, oversight of boards and commissions and performance measurement.
