India Association of Minnesota + Rotary Club of Edina and Edina Morningside Rotary Celebrate Asian Indian Culture, Charity and Connection

The Rotary Club of Edina March 6 meeting program will center around the Asian India culture with India Association of Minnesota speakers, dancers and feature the food of India. This event is Rotary Club of Edina and Edina Morningside Rotary Club member attendance supported fostering a global understanding of shared challenges and the promotion of mutual prosperity. 
 
Registration to attend is required. Regrets appreciated. Deadline is NOON, Monday, March 3rd. For Rotary Club of Edina members this event is included in their quarterly meeting fee package. Mar 7 Connecting with Kids Awards Breakfast
Please join the Edina Community Foundation to honor My Very Own Bed Founders and Rotary Camp Enterprise the morning of Friday, March 7. These two organizations have examplary adults and youth who uplift and empower children throughout the area.
 
The Edina Rotary Foundation has provided My Very Own Bed grants, speaker thank you funds, and were the recipient of special recognition during President Michael Stanzak's 2022 ERF Gala, Let's Dance. This non-profit organization has provided over 8,500 new beds and Dream Kits to children moving into Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs housing. Camp Enterprise is an annual volunteer-based three-day camp for high school juniors and seniors designed to introduce them to the free enterprise system encouraging entrepreneurship and ethical business practices.
 
This event will be held at the Edina Country Club on Friday, March 7 beginning at 7:30 a.m. A complimentary breakfast will be served and no reservation is required.

Guatemala Gift List

Guatemala 2025 is on!  We are returning to Guatemala April 26-May 3, 2025. The purpose of the trip is to deliver 654 life-saving water purifiers to remote villages in the mountains surrounding Coban, in partnership with Resurrection Priory Monastery, St Patrick’s Church of Edina, and the Rotary Club of Coban.  Fellowship and travel to new, exotic places is also part of the journey!  Susan Stiles is heading up a small item children's gift campaign.
