Dyanne Ross-Hanson is President and Founder of Exit Planning Strategies, LLC in Oakdale, MN. EPS is a financial-based consulting firm focused on helping company owners develop intentional ownership/exit plans for their businesses. She is a frequent presenter and author on topics ranging from succession planning to selective benefit planning to business continuity strategies. Her topic for this meeting will be: Indispensable: How to Keep and Incentivize Key Employees.

After working with business owners for 20+ years on subjects ranging from Qualified Retirement Plan Design, Business Continuity and Selective Executive Benefit Plans, it became increasingly evident that most of those clients had not yet addressed THE most important part of their business plan, getting out!

In 2005, after witnessing several of those clients “close the door”, due to lack of any pre-planning and with a desire to move to an “outcome agnostic” offering, Exit Planning Strategies, LLC was born. To offer experienced, unbiased, financial guidance in “Directing the Process” of developing a comprehensive Exit Plan. One, when executed successfully, translates into lasting legacy’s, economic vitality and monetizing an owner’s life’s work.

Whether you are 2 or 10 years away from desired departure or considering an “inside” or “outside” ownership transition, Exit Planning LLC, is here to assist. Our process is defined. It is also multidisciplinary, recognizing the unique set of professional expertise required to direct an owner toward successful execution.

Personally, my husband (of 40+ years) and I are parents to three successfully launched, economically independent and relatively stable, offspring. We consider this an accomplished family exit plan!

Together we enjoy nature and have made it a goal to visit all our National Parks, while still mobile! During the winter months we can be found downhill skiing in Colorado, while the summer months are spent soaking up the short season here in Minnesota.
