Don MacPherson is CEO of 12 Geniuses, a company that helps organizations better understand and prepare for the social and technology trends changing the world. For the 12 Geniuses podcast, Don interviews exceptional people around the world about trends like aging, AI, virtual reality, leadership, trust, privacy, and social media. His topic will be “12 Trends Shaping the 2020s”.
A five-time entrepreneur, Don has spent the last 25 years researching the employee and customer experiences, the attributes of great leadership, and how healthy organizational cultures are created and sustained. Don turns data into actionable advice for executives so they can improve the health of their organization.
Don is also Executive Director of think2perform RESEARCH INSTITUTE, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing moral, purposeful, and emotionally intelligent leadership.
An avid traveler and volunteer, Don has visited 74 countries and been a Big Brother mentor for more than 20 years. He is co-founder of the Inner City Ducks – an organization changing the lives of 140 young athletes in the Camden neighborhood of North Minneapolis. He is also a board member for Harmony Foundation, a drug and alcohol addiction treatment facility in Estes Park, Colorado.
