Oct 29 In-Person Meeting Registration

This is for registration of the LIVE (in-person) meeting at Edina Country Cub.

Mark Ritchie is president of Global Minnesota, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization devoted to advancing international understanding and engagement. A graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and Iowa State University, he served as Minnesota’s Secretary of State from 2007 to 2015. Since leaving elected public service, Mark has led the public-private partnership working to bring the 2027 World Expo to Minnesota and he has served on the board of directors for LifeSource, Communicating for America, U.S. Vote Foundation, and Expo USA. Mark also is a national advisory board member of the federal Election Assistance Commission and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Minnesota. Mark is the appointed Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army, representing Minnesota

Edina Country Club Guidelines

• We have the entire ballroom reserved.
• 4 people per table.
• Limited to a total of 96 people.
• Please be mindful of the 6-foot safety distance during the entire visit.
• Masks must be worn. To slow the spread of COVID-19, Mayor Jim Hovland has signed an Executive Order requiring people to wear face masks inside public spaces in Edina. The exception is facial coverings may be removed while people are eating and drinking. They should be put back on when leaving the table for any reason. ECC service staff will wear masks and gloves full-time. Paul Mooty has donated masks. If you do not bring a mask, we will have one for you.  We will also have plenty of hand sanitizers.

Check-in and Meeting Attendance Guidelines

• Upon arrival to the Edina Country Club, proceed to the greeters and our registration desk. 
• Name tags will not be out for sanitation reasons. There will be no pre-meeting gathering. 
• Give your name to the registration staff and then proceed to a table. 
• Please stay at your table to wait for the meeting to start. Moving around to other tables will not be allowed. 
• If you are senior active, pre-register like everyone else. At the end of the quarter you will be billed for all the meetings you attend. We will not be collecting checks or cash.
