Rotary Club of Edina Women in Rotary, if relaxing your mind (after the busy Holiday) is on the top of your to-do list, this is the class for you. YogaRestore is rooted in movement that empowers while improving circulation and concentration. Forget the power nap — this will help you refocus and re-energize your routine.
Thanks to the generousity and support of fellow RCE Women in Rotary member, Catherine Gump, this is a no-cost event. Sign up early, there is only space for 30 people.
WHAT: An evening with a relaxing yoga class followed by a wine and cheese party.
