The Rotary Club of Edina held its transition meeting of the 2021–2022 Rotary year, June 23. The presidency of the club transferred from Michael Stanzak to Joe Hayes at the meeting. Joe will officially take over as the 68th president of the Rotary Club of Edina July 1. Incoming President Joe Hayes outlined his goals for the new Rotary year, and unveiled the 2022-2023 Rotary theme, "Imagine Rotary." Rotarians who have fulfilled their commitment on the club and foundation boards were honored. They include:Sam Thompson, Officer, 2017-2022; Ann Platt, Director-at-Large, 2018-2022, Bridget Hallstrom, Membership, 2020-2022; Lisa Walker, Community Service-Projects, 2019-2022; Susan Johnson, Social, 2020-2022.
