The July through December 2026-2027 Rotary Club of Edina Meeting Duty Roster and Duty Description outline was sent to your email on file, June 28. The roster format has been simplified to an alphabetical list by member AND meeting date format.Senior Active and New Members are not alphabetically listed or assigned a duty. As a senior active or new member, you are encouraged to schedule and sign up for the “Greeter” duty a couple times throughout the year. SIGN UP HERE
The number of assigned duty categories is Four: Front Desk Assistance; Greeters One & Two; Podium: Guest & Speaker Intro/Thank the Speaker and Photographer. In general, most active members will have one date to report for duty throughout the 2026-2027 Rotary year. If your name does not appear the first half of the year, you’ll be assigned in the second half of the year. The exception will be members of the Public Image Committee and the Speaker Committee. Members of these two committees respectively, have multiple dates for taking meeting photos or podium time on a rotating basis. Podium time has been assigned for the first half of the year, and the second half will follow.
Meeting duty dates are posted within your club profile for future review. We have attached the "How to Check My Commitments" guide that gives you access to your meeting duty schedule, volunteer, and event signups and registrations. The roster format has been simplified to an alphabetical list by member, with the meeting date and task to the left of your name. The number of duties has been reduced to four: Front Desk Assistance; Greeter One and Two; Podium Guest, Speaker and Thank You; and Photographer.
