Ms. Flaws will begin speaking at approx 1:00 p.m. With more than 20 years of leadership experience leading and advising hundreds of for-profit and not-for-profit companies helping them to grow, scale, turn around and transform their business, Jamie Flaws is now directing the Minnesota Zoo Foundation’s philanthropic efforts to support the Minnesota Zoo and its mission to connect people, animals, and the natural world to save wildlife.
Prior to this role, Flaws served the Zoo and Zoo Foundation as an independent consultant and contractor, most notably as project manager for the Treetop Trail. A former media executive, Jamie is known for advancing missions and teams while fostering big-picture ideation that strengthens strategy and improves execution.
