Jayanthi Rajasa is multidisciplinary artist, teaching artist, and songstress dedicated to singing from the heart.She has been in more than 10 performing and recording bands in The Twin Cities. She also works with Mama Mosaic on a "Minnesota Girls Are Not For Sale" piece that has been performed for over 9 years seeking freedom for women and girl sex slaves in Minnesota. Abel Ebane is the Chairman and president of the MN Black Chamber of Commerce, an organization focusing on helping Black-owned businesses start, scale, and sustain operations in Minnesota. With his passion for minority business development and success, he serves as a mentor and advocate for black entrepreneurs. He also serves as an advisor at the University of Minnesota’s Venture Center Business Advisory Group. Abel has over 15 years of corporate experience and has served as an advisor to several international businesses.
 
Abel has over 15 years of corporate experience and has served as an advisor to several international businesses. During his corporate career, Abel has worked as a banker for Wells Fargo and as a Government Markets Health Insurance Advisor for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
 
With his passion for minority business development and success, he serves as a mentor and advocate for black entrepreneurs. He also serves as an advisor at the University of Minnesota’s Venture Center Business Advisory Group.
 
Abel holds a Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and finance from the Metropolitan State University of Minnesota. He also holds an MBA degree in finance from Hamline University of Minnesota, and a certificate in business analytics.
 
Abel has recently launched the 10,000 Black Businesses initiative through the MN Black Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to spend at least $10 M over the next five years in Minnesota by providing micro-grants, micro-loans, networking events, and technical assistance to black entrepreneurs looking to start, scale, and sustain their operations.
 
Abel has also lunched the High Impact Mentorship Program through the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce. The program is intended to connect entrepreneurs to industry leaders to learn best practices and maximize their potential.
