Lori Kearney is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Wellness Educator who teaches busy professionals how to stay energized, reduce fatigue, and improve brain clarity, and overall health and outlook on life.

Lori has founded two companies: Mindful Health, conducting Wellness Workshops, meeting with clients one-on-one for health coaching and facilitating an online whole foods cleanse program, and Workshopsdone.com, a done-for-you immersion course to guide health coaches through details about how to run a successful wellness workshop.

Lori thrived in hotel and Convention & Visitors Bureau industry for over 25+ years before switching careers to become a Wellness Educator and Health Business Coach. Lori is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school. In addition, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business.

Lori’s loves to help others develop energy, confidence, and enthusiasm - with a spirit of good health that is contagious to others.

Today is Rotary Happy Hour, Wed., Feb 5

The next Rotary Vocational Development Group Happy Hour will be Wednesday, Feb. 5 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at The Mezz within Lund's and Byerlys in Edina. Edina City Manager and Rotary Club of Edina member, Scott Neal, will be our speaker for the evening.

Once a month, Edina Rotarians have a chance to connect with other club members, and any guests, at the happy hour. These casual meetings feature a brief presentation from a fellow Rotarian, plus time for introductions, networking and questions. The Rotary Club of Edina and EMRC collaborate on this event.

Interact Club of Edina to Host Skate to End Polio - Feb. 14

The Interact Club of Edina will host a “Skate to End Polio” 8:30 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, at Braemar Outdoor Arena. Tickets will be available for purchase at the Feb. 6th and Feb. 13th meetings. See the front desk for details. Mark your calendars and bring your Valentine!

Rotary Bowling Night is Saturday, Feb. 22

The 2020 Rotary Bowling Night will be Saturday, Feb. 22.

Mar. 11 Leadership Breakfast - Early Deadline

Hosted by the Rotary Club of Edina and Edina Rotary Morningside Club, Stephaine Urchick, will be speaking at a breakfast meeting on Wednesday March 11. Doors open at 7:30 am with program at 8:30 am. This event will be held at the Interlachen Country Club, 6200 Interlachen Blvd, Edina MN. Cost will be $19 per person and registration is open to outside club members and the general public. City of Edina to Host Salting Certification Program

The City of Edina will host a free Smart Salting Certification program for property managers 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11.
